Arm + Core Yoga Sequence


Without guidance, I thought this one legged arm balance was impossible. I’m learning how fear and complacency tend to breed when we’re alone. We were made for community: to build one another up, encourage and challenge each other towards growth. With community, we can hold each other up when the load feels too heavy to bear alone. And maybe, what seemed impossible at one point will now be in arms reach.

I did this sequence to build core and arm strength, while working on one legged arm balance.
